We hired a contractor to build an in-law suite in our
basement. From the start it was a complete disaster. The
contractor was never on time and did not keep his word. We
were constantly trying to find out when and what he was
doing. Eventually the contractor left the area leaving us
with a poorly half finished basement. After that disaster,
we had new stringent criteria for hiring a contractor. We
interviewed approximately 20 contractors. Of those, only 3
met the new criteria. The Remodelers Inc. was the best of
the 3 finalists. Michael and his crew took over the project.

Thank you for the prompt and courteous action in replacing
the malfunctioning sewage ejection pump in our basement. The
new pump is working great! We know that it was not an easy
task to replace the pump. Whether the previous pump was
defected or you discovered some foreign object in the motor,
